Rent Reporting
With your permission, we report your rent payments to one or more consumer reporting agencies. Late or missed payments may also be reported where the law and your program allow. You can dispute information we report by contacting support; we investigate within 30 days.
Everyday Bills Rewards
Points have no cash value except as described in the program rules: 100 points equal $1 when redeemed, with a minimum redemption. Points earned on payments that are later returned are removed.
Identity Protect and Privacy Protect
Monitoring services alert you to activity we're able to detect; no service can detect all fraud or remove all data. Removal requests to data brokers depend on each broker's process. You can cancel at any time.
Equal credit opportunity
The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract); because all or part of the applicant's income derives from any public assistance program; or because the applicant has in good faith exercised any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
Complaints
Contact your program's support or complaints@oyaka.com. We acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 15. You may also contact the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov or your state financial regulator.
